Yesterday morning the first week of Frankston Basketball’s Online Development Program was sent out via email to all registered participants.
For the Beginner and Intermediate participants week one focuses on shooting.
For the All Abilities participants Jarryd Moss is joined by NBL1 player and regular All Abilities Coach Lachlan Barker in the instructional video.
Registered participants will receive access to a range of online resources including but not limited to the following:
- Weekly instructional videos to follow along to
- Weekly Session Plan
- Twice weekly Zoom Meetings for parents
- WhatsApp Messenger thread for parents in each program
- Weekly follow up email for questions and feedback
