FRANKSTON BASKETBALL STADIUM NOW A COVID19 TESTING SITE.

To the Frankston basketball family

In the past couple of weeks, we have collaborated with Frankston Council and Peninsula Health to provide a new COVID19 testing site at our basketball stadium on Bardia Avenue. We firmly believe that we have a part to play and if we can assist drive the numbers of infections down then why wouldn’t we lend a small hand.

The testing site opened on Friday 31st July at 8:00 am and the queue of people in vehicles wanting to get tested proved that this was a very worthy and necessary location. Peninsula Health has set up large tents that vehicles drive through and people get tested, vehicles enter via Bardia ave. Testing staff have access to the stadium toilets and break out room. Upon completion of the testing, a full commercial and Covid-19 complaint clean will occur of the stadium.

We all want to see the numbers of deaths and infections decrease, this is our small part in helping.

Take care everyone

Kind regards
