To clear up any uncertainty regarding spectators FDBA provides the following statement.
The following applies for all FDBA competitions effective Tuesday 24/11/2020 until further notice:
- Junior Teams (U18)
- Each child is limited to one parent, guardian or carer spectator only
- Siblings are not permitted as spectators
- 1 x Coach, Team Manager & Scorer may attend and are not counted as spectators
- Senior Teams
- No spectators permitted
- 1 x Scorer may attend only – this person must sign in at the venue
We understand this will be difficult for many families; however, it is important our return to indoor competitions is completed in a COVID Safe manner.
These restrictions are compliant with government public health advice and Basketball Victoria’s Return to Sport Guidelines.
Any members not compliant with restrictions will be refused entry.
