Last week, two of our talented referees, Milla Bailey and Austyn Inman were selected for the Basketball Victoria Metro Jamboree, held at Eagle Stadium in Wyndham.
This remarkable opportunity provided them with a chance to develop their skills and gain invaluable experience in a high-performance environment.
The Metro Jamboree serves as a pathway program for players, coaches, and referees, aimed at nurturing and honing the talents of young and aspiring individuals in the basketball community.
Their trip to the Jamboree allowed them to learn from some of the top referee coaches in the state, which will undoubtedly contribute to their personal growth as referees and pave the way for their progression to higher-level competitions in the future.
This achievement is a testament to their dedication, hard work, and the support they have received from the FDBA community.
