💬 Join Frankston Basketball in Supporting SmackTalk and Unplug24.
Frankston Basketball is proud to support SmackTalk this October. A movement dedicated to promoting online safety, mental wellbeing, and open conversations that can make a real difference.
After the heartbreaking loss of his 17-year-old son Mac, Frankston Basketball CEO Wayne Holdsworth was determined to create something positive from tragedy. He founded SmackTalk, a charity focused on education, awareness, and supporting young people to stay safe and connected, both online and in life.
💻 What is Unplug24?
On October 24, SmackTalk is inviting everyone to Unplug for 24 hours. Take a break from social media, reconnect with friends and family, and help raise awareness of the importance of digital wellbeing and mental health.
