An evening Strength and Conditioning session focusing on the technique of the major strength and power movements that help athletes perform at the highest levels. Recommended but not mandatory equipment: micro-band resistance band, yoga mat, foam roller, longer resistance band, light dumbbell or kettlebell, and a step or bench.
Required Equipment: Drink bottle, mini-band (resistance band), longer resistance band (if you have one), older athletes may want a kettle bell or dumbell, yoga mat, approximately 3m squared space, can be done indoors
