‘Get Up & Go’

A Strength and Conditioning session run before school that is designed to get the blood flowing and get everyone starting the day the right way! The session will continue to focus on foundational strength and conditioning practices to help our players stay strong and healthy, ready to return to the court as soon as possible.

Equipment Required: Drink bottle, mini-band (resistance band), yoga mat, approximately 3m squared space, can be done indoors
