‘GET UP & GO’ (STRENGTH & CONDITIONING)
A Strength and Conditioning session run before school that is designed to get the blood flowing and get everyone starting the day the right way! The session will continue to focus on foundational strength and conditioning practices to help our players stay strong and healthy, ready to return to the court as soon as possible.
‘TRAIN WITH ME’
Some of our Senior Blues players take our Junior Blues through an individual skills session aimed at challenging our player’s fundamental skills from home. Sessions will include ball handling, footwork, some shooting (pending the weather), and defensive footwork.

‘HOOPS FIT’
Run by Kassie Boorer and Abby Chernishoff, these are basketball-themed circuit training sessions. Our Junior Blues athletes will have the chance to work on their ball-handling and footwork all while participating in an interval training session designed to challenge their fitness.
