COURT 4 MEETING ROOM & EQUIPMENT RESERVATION RULES & PROCESSES

During the Covid-19 closure, FDBA staff renovated the court 4 storeroom into a new video / meeting room. This included investing in new carpet and new technology.

Unfortunately, as great as this room and the resources are, in fairness to the Junior Blues program, a few rules for its usage have been decided by the FDBA Front Office.

• The room MUST be cleaned, rearranged and chairs re-stacked as it was found after its use.
• To reserve the Court 4 Meeting Room the following form must be filled in before 12:00pm Friday, before the week of its use. The room is not to be considered booked until a confirmation email is sent back by the FDBA Front Office:

• Confirmed bookings can be found at the bottom of this page.
• Teams may not have more than 1 confirmed reservation at a time.
• Junior Blues teams cannot make reservations multiple weeks in succession. In other words, the same team cannot expect the room to be available for them every week.
• Reservations can only be made during your allocated Sunday training timeslots.
  • First timeslot may use the room 7:30am – 9:30am
  • Second timeslot may use the room 9:30am – 11:00am
  • Third timeslot may use the room 11:00am – 1:00pm
• Reservations are capped at 15 minutes. Teams may go over if the room is not booked.
• If the room is not reserved, the room may be used by walk-in team, provided a staff member can grant access. First in, best dressed.

The television is equiped with a long HDMI cable. Coaches will need to bring their own adapters.

This room has been designed to replace, not supplement the FDBA Front Office Boardroom.

The FDBA Front Office, the Boardroom, their equipment (including televisions), or the foyer televisions are not to be used by Junior Blues teams.
