ALL ABILITIES PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Frankston Basketball’s All Abilities Program is an inclusive program to encourage sport and recreation opportunities for young people (6 to 14 years of age) with a disability.
This session will be capped at 20 participants for Term 1, 2020
It’s important that all participants are accompanied by a parent or carer for the duration of the session
Basketballs and equipment will be provided for use during the session but if participants have their own ball they are welcome to bring it along.
We will have our boardroom (door to the left of the entrance to Court 2) setup as a “Sensory” room if any participants need to get away from any of the noise
Please make sure participants bring any equipment with them that they may need to make them feel comfortable and safe participating in the program eg. noise cancelling head phones, iPads and other visual aids etc.
Please note that all processes and bio-safety precautions as per the Basketball Victoria Return to Sport Guidelines will be in place throughout all FDBA Development Programs until further notice.
