THE OFF-COURT TEAM
The Frankston Basketball off-court team consists of full-time; permanent part-time; and volunteer staff which administers Frankston Basketball’s various programs and commercial operations.
Frankston Basketball’s administrative staff are committed to providing a high level of customer service while overseeing programs which engage a participation base of over 15,000 people. We are committed to making your association the ‘leader in community sports’.
Frankston Basketball operations are varied and encompass not only competitions; but development programs; high performance programs; retail operations; finance & asset management; administration; facility management; marketing & media; and commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities: Strategy, facility development, membership development, financial management, relationship development, human resources.

Responsibilities: Providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, members and stakeholders
Name: Dion Paull
Responsibilities: Competition management, governance/policy development, external venue liaison, retail staff management, tournament administration/delivery, child welfare officer, tribunal hearings officer, member of FDBA Match Committee and Junior Competition Committee.
Name: Mitchell Condick
Responsibilities: Competition management, stadium bookings, referee administration, tournament administration/delivery, lease compliance/contractor liaison, member of FDBA Match Committee and Junior Competition Committee.

Responsibilities: Competition management, reception, referee administration, tournament administration/delivery, member of FDBA Match Committee and Junior Competition Committee.
BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities: Management of the Frankston Blues high performance pathways (NBL1, Big V, VJBL), Regional Academy programs.
DIGITAL MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities: Communications, website management, social media management, in-house marketing, promotion and delivery of game nights/events.
