Bio: I played junior Frankston blues from bottom age u12’s to bottom age u18’s. I went from a player in domestic competition to having my first SEABL (NBL1) start in less than a year. I went from having no American interest to an NCAA Division 2 collegiate basketball scholarship. I have twice set goals I first thought were unthinkable and achieved them, both through consistent training with a ready-to-improve mindset. I can help you (your child) do the same. I can make you (your child) a happier, more skillful, and more dominant basketball player.  I understand the subtle skill nuances of junior basketball and how to gradually teach and implement them into your (child’s) game. I know how to set goals and have a mindset to approach those goals whilst also enjoying the process of improving.

Bio: Limited by a lack of co-ordination, Kirsten ran circles around athletics tracks as a junior. Medalling at state and national championships, holding a variety of records and being part of some fantastic clubs, Kirsten worked with a number of Australia’s most prestigious coaches. It pains Kirsten to see basketballers running on a court, as she knows under her car, they can develop a better technique. Having worked with children and adults, Kirsten’s methods of development do improve ability and fitness, which overshadows her terrible memory…. as sometimes, 4 reps become 6 reps and 6 reps become 8 reps. But it all works to benefit the athlete.
