NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Rule 13 (1) of the Frankston and District Basketball Association Constitution that an Annual General Meeting of the members of the Frankston and District Basketball Association Incorporated will be held:
When: Tuesday 25th May 2021 at 7.00pm
Where: 90 Bardia Ave Seaford Victoria.
All Member clubs are entitled to have a registered delegate attend the meeting. Voting entitlements are in accordance with Rule 17 of the Frankston and District Basketball Association Incorporated:
Notice of Business
Any Member wishing to raise matters of business for discussion at the meeting must give written notice of the business to the Chief Executive Officer 14 days before the meeting (excluding receiving date and meeting date).
Notice of business received after 5.00pm on 11th May 2021 will not be considered.
Nominations for Elected Directors
Nominations for the positions of Two (2) Elected Directors of the Board for 3 year terms must be lodged on the form below and be received by the Chief Executive Officer at least fourteen (14) days before the meeting.
Nominations received after 5.00pm on 11th May 2021 will not be considered.
Agenda and Business will be issued on 14th May 2021.
