COVID 19 UPDATE (15/07/2021)

Dear members,

FDBA anticipates an announcement from the Victorian State Government regarding a ‘snap-lockdown’ this afternoon.

With this in mind, FDBA will be ceasing all operations effective 4:00 pm Thursday 15th July.

This decision has been made in the best interests of the health and safety of our members.

This includes;

  • All domestic competitions – games scheduled for Thursday 15th July will not proceed
  • All Frankston Blues training
  • All development programs
  • Court bookings and casual shooting

Frankston Basketball will be offering FREE online Game Ready sessions this Saturday morning, in lieu of competitions. More information can be found HERE.

It is anticipated that stadiums will reopen and operations will resume next week, however, this will be subject to Government approval.

FDBA will await information regarding VJBL, Big V and NBL1 from Basketball Victoria, but until other news arrives Frankston Basketball Stadium will remain closed.

FDBA will provide further updates in due course.

Frankston Basketball Stadium will be unattended. All enquiries will need to come via email. Contact details can be found HERE
