FDBA COVID-19 UPDATE (19/11/2021)

Dear members,

Following yesterday’s announcement from the Victorian Government, there have been a number of changes to COVID-19 restrictions.

The following now applies for all FDBA activities effective 19/11/2021:

  • Check-in required (QR code preferred)
  • No capacity restrictions or density limits
  • Masks no longer required but recommended if physical distancing can’t be maintained
  • No vaccination requirement for community sport

Under the Open Premises Directions community sport is exempt from vaccination requirements:

The obligations in Part 2 do not apply in relation to any indoor space or outdoor space in a physical recreation premises if that space is being operated only for the purpose of conducting a community sport activity.
