FRANKSTON BLUES U12-16 PRE-TRYOUT TRAINING PROGRAM

Thanks to the team at All Dai Sports Performance, Frankston Blues are proud to offer the following pre-tryout training program in the lead up to the upcoming VJBL tryouts.

Starting August 29th the program is being offered as an ‘end-of-term’ program, a ‘school-holiday’ program and a bundled package. Both programs will be run by the head coach of All Dai Sports Performance and Frankston Blues NBL1 guard Lucas Barker

The ‘end-of-term’ program includes 3-afternoon training sessions. And the ‘school holiday’ program will run during the first week of the upcoming school holidays. The school holiday program will also include some athletic performance testing, and development work to be followed up in future camps. This testing will be performed by trained and qualified professionals.

The program is open to all current representative players (players from clubs other than Frankston Blues will need to be registered for tryouts) in Under 12s to Under 16s.

Specific program information can be found below. Sessions will be run at Dreamstreet Lending Arena.:

Tuesday ‘End-Of-Term’ Program (GIRLS) (3 End-Of-Term Sessions)

  • Starting August 29th
  • Under 12s Girls – 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
  • Under 14/16s Girls – 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm

Thursday ‘End-Of-Term’ Program (BOYS) (3 End-Of-Term Sessions)

  • Starting August 31st
  • Under 12s Boys – 5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
  • Under 14/16s Boys– 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm

Tuesday ‘School-Holiday’ Program 19th September

  • Under 12 Girls 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm
  • Under 14/16 Girls 4:30 pm to 6:45 pm
  • Court 5-6 Athletic Performance Testing (3:30 pm & 4:30 pm starts)
  • Court 3-4 Skills Work (4:30 pm & 5:45 pm starts)

Thursday ‘School-Holiday’ Program 21st September

  • Under 12 Boys 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm
  • Under 14/16 Boys 4:30 pm to 6:45 pm
  • Court 5-6 Performance Testing (3:30 pm & 4:30 pm starts)
  • Court 3-4 Skills Work (4:30 pm & 5:45 pm starts)

Packages

  • Package Offering 1: Bundled Package = $155
  • Package Offering 2: ‘End-Of-Term’ Program = $105
  • Package Offering 3: ‘School Holiday’ Program including testing = $60
