SCOOPS FITNESS: BALL-FIT TRAINING

Does your child want to work on their fitness, foot speed, explosiveness, and 1v1 competitiveness in time for rep tryouts? If so, it’s time for them to hit the court with us at BallFit.

  • skill & fitness training
  • open to all players (aged 8-16)
  • challenging sessions
  • competitive 1v1 and 2v2
  • build fitness & strength whilst having fun

Sessions are available to all players

What’s on offer:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday sessions
  •  7:00 am – 7.45 am
  • starting Monday 21st August at Dreamstreet Arena
  • the program will run for six weeks
  • $15 (pay on the day)
  • do one session or do all? It’s totally up to you
  • Limited spots available

The program is run by Sarah Cooper of Scoops Fitness and supported by the Frankston Blues Head of Coaching (Junior Girls) & Australian Olympian Natalie Porter.
