BallFit is being offered this coming school holidays. Natalie Porter (Olympian and Blues HoC Junior Girls) and Sarah McHugh (owner of Scoops Fitness) will deliver this training program.
If your child wants to improve their fitness, speed, strength, basketball skills and conditioning ahead of tryouts, then this is the perfect program for them.
Sessions consist of:
- running
- agility
- plyometrics
- basketball-specific conditioning drills
- competitive games
- and lots of fun whilst working hard!
Sessions are available to all players aged eight and over.

- Mon 18, Tue 19, Wed 20, Thu 21, Fri 22, Mon 25, Tue 26 and Wed 27 September
- 8:00 am – 8:45 am
- Dreamstreet Lending Arena (Frankston Stadium)
- Courts 5 & 6
- $15 to be paid on the day
