Dear Members,
Saturday marks the biggest day for our ‘Fratelli Frankston’ Junior Domestic Competition, the Summer 2023/24 Grand Final Day.
We would like to thank everyone for the greatest ever Summer season which saw over 1100 teams register across Juniors and Seniors.
This could not be achieved without the hard work of our volunteers and affiliated clubs.
Post-match presentations will be held for all matches on Saturday, including the Under 8’s participation matches at Frankston Stadium, Elisabeth Murdoch College, Frankston High School and Patterson River Secondary College. Look out for signs throughout the venues to find the presentation areas.
Quick reminder; teams are not permitted to add a “fill-in player” unless specifically instructed to do so by an FDBA Staff Member.
Any team playing an ineligible player will automatically forfeit the match.

Stadium Parking
A reminder that car parking at Bardia Avenue has been affected due to building works neighbouring the stadium.
Can clubs please remind members that there is limited parking whilst works are ongoing. Vehicles can no longer access the stadium car park from the oval. Pedestrian access is unaffected.
It is expected parking spots will be limited on Saturday, so please ensure members leave with plenty of time for their scheduled game in order to arrive safely at Bardia Avenue.
Parking on the nature strip on Bardia Avenue is prohibited. Council parking inspectors have been patrolling and fining cars that park on the nature strip.
Members are responsible for their own vehicle and FDBA is unable to appeal any fines issued.
Parking can be at the following locations:
- Dreamstreet Lending Arena’s eastern car park (entry via Bardia Avenue)
- Dreamstreet Lending Arena’s southern car park (entry via Easton Avenue)
- Kananook train station

3X3 Hustle – Saturday, April 6th
In two weeks, Frankston Basketball and 3x3Hustle will be hosting a 3v3 round-robin style tournament on Saturday, April 6th.
It’s a fun event with music and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying during the school holidays!
