WHEELCHAIR BASKETBALL
Hoops is for everyone! ‘Hoops for Wheelies!’ (Wheelchair Basketball) is here at FDBA
Opportunities are available for all people to engage with this part of our sport, particularly those with:
Childhood-onset physical disabilities
Spinal cord injury (SCI)
Secondary physical disabilities
Physical impairment that is not traditionally seen as a disability (e.g. chronic conditions that prevent people from participating in their chosen sport).
Able bodied participants are welcome to play.
Participants will do 15 mins of drills; The remaining time will be used to play a scrimmage game.

If you are registering as a support work to assist your participant, please email jessica.chard@fdba.com.au to obtain a voucher prior to registering.
If you can provide your own wheelchair, please let us know during registration.

Registration is capped at 12 players due to chair availability.
OTHER INFORMATION
Wheelchairs will be provided for use during the session but if participants have their own sports wheelchair, they are welcome to bring it along.
Please bring a basketball.
Please bring anything needed to be comfortable and aid your participation.
