Frankston Blues (FDBA) is pleased to announce that Rebecca “Beck” Lanting will be stepping into the role of Junior Blues Girls Coaching Coordinator on an interim basis.
Beck is a former Junior Blues player and VC Champion (as a teammate of Kerryn Mitchell’s), Beck has been a coach within the Frankston Blues program for the past 3 years, joining the club after 5 years coaching with the Mornington Breakers.
When asked about taking on the role Beck had this to say.
“I am really looking forward to continuing the great work of Kerryn Mitchell, supporting our incredibly talented coaches and equally talented playing group”.
FDBA Basketball Development Manager Jarryd Moss spoke about Beck’s appointment.
“Beck is a passionate coach and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role”.

The FDBA will open applications for the permanent role of Junior Blues Girls Coaching Coordinator in mid-to-late May with plans to announce the appointment by mid-July.
