At: Frankston stadium – 90 Bardia Ave Seaford Victoria.
All Members are entitled to have their recorded Delegate attend the meeting. All FDBA Life Members are entitled to attend. Voting entitlements are in accordance with Article 17.1a,17.1b, and 17.2.of the FDBA Rules.
