FDBA BREAST CARE NETWORK AUSTRALIA (BCNA) PINK ROUND

FDBA BREAST CARE NETWORK AUSTRALIA (BCNA) PINK ROUND

This Saturday the 25th June FDBA will be holding the inaugural BCNA Pink Round. This is a day where the Association seeks to raise awareness for breast cancer in Australia and can contribute to a charity network which supports Australians affected by breast cancer.

The referee group will be running a BBQ on the day to help raise funds for BCNA. You will be able to purchase a sausage and bread (CASH ONLY) and that all purchases will be donated to the BCNA.

Referees have been invited to wear some sort of pink attire for their officiated games.

It would be great to see teams and supporters get involved with the day by dressing in something pink.

You will be able to make donations on the day with collection points at each venue.

“In between when you woke up this morning and when you go to sleep tonight, 57 Australians will be told they have breast cancer. The same will happen tomorrow, and the next day too, making breast cancer the most common cancer affecting Australian women.

Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is Australia’s leading breast cancer consumer organisation. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that all Australians who are affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment and support.”
