Thanks to the team at All Dai Sports Performance, Frankston Blues are proud to offer the following school holiday pre-tryout session in the lead up to the upcoming VJBL tryouts.
The ‘school holiday’ program will run during the first week of the upcoming school holidays. The school holiday program will also include some athletic performance testing, and development work to be followed up in future camps. This testing will be performed by trained and qualified professionals.
The program is open to all current representative players (players from clubs other than Frankston Blues will need to be registered for tryouts) in Under 12s to Under 16s. Under 18s offering now available.

Sessions will be run at Dreamstreet Lending Arena.
Tuesday ‘School-Holiday’ Program 19th September
- Under 12 Girls 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm
- Under 14/16 Girls 4:30 pm to 6:45 pm
- Court 5-6 Athletic Performance Testing (3:30 pm & 4:30 pm starts)
- Court 3-4 Skills Work (4:30 pm & 5:45 pm starts)
Thursday ‘School-Holiday’ Program 21st September
- Under 12 Boys 3:30 pm to 5:45 pm
- Under 14/16 Boys 4:30 pm to 6:45 pm
- Court 5-6 Performance Testing (3:30 pm & 4:30 pm starts)
- Court 3-4 Skills Work (4:30 pm & 5:45 pm starts)
Friday ‘School-Holiday’ Program 22nd September
- Under 18s 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
- Court 5-6 Performance Testing (3:30 pm start)
- Court 3-4 Skills Work (4:30 pm start)
Cost: ‘School Holiday’ Program including testing = $60
Tryouts start October 1st
