YOUTH LEAGUE MEN’S HEAD COACH
The Frankston Blues are seeking applications for the position of VBL Youth League Men’s Head Coach for the 2027 season.
We’re looking for an experienced, driven leader to build on the strong foundations of our Youth League program, lead a team competing for a Youth League championship, and develop young athletes ready for the next level.
This is an opportunity to lead a proven program within a club that values connection, high standards and continuous improvement. Our Youth League Men sit directly beneath the 2026 NBL1 South Men’s Champions. The successful coach will have access to strong club resources and ongoing professional development, working from and alongside our championship winning NBL1 coaching staff. Shared playing principles give players a clear pathway to train and compete with our NBL1 group.
Applicants will be considered on a combination of coaching experience and their capacity to grow, lead and contribute to our program. We welcome applications from proven coaches and from emerging coaches ready to take the next step.
Applications should include:
- A cover letter outlining your suitability for the position and your approach to leading the Frankston Blues Youth League Men’s program.
- A current coaching résumé detailing relevant experience, qualifications and achievements.
