BLUES FROM HOME – WEEK 2

Frankston Blues are pleased to release Week 2 of Blues From Home, a program designed to keep our Junior Blues players, coaches and parents engaged both on and off the court.

Returning this week, Jarryd Moss will be taking the Strength and Conditioning sessions ‘Get Up and Go’ and ‘Building Better Athletes’, Kassie Boorer and Abby Chernishoff will take ‘Hoops-Fit’ and Andrew Harms is back for part 2 of ‘Class Is In Session’.

New this week, Monday evening Bethany Knight from Headspace Frankston will be talking about youth mental health during ‘Staying Healthy During Lockdown’, Friday evening Courtney Wilkins will host ‘Train With Me’ and Sunday evening we will be running another ‘More Than An Athlete’ session discussing building a resume for a first job.
