Frankston Blues (FDBA) are pleased to announce that Tom Garrett has signed with the ‘Frankston RSL’ Frankston Blues NBL1 Men for two years.

Garrett started playing basketball at the FDBA, played junior representative basketball, then stepped up to senior representative in both Youth League and NBL1 (previously SEABL).

Unfortunately, due to a knee injury sustained training with South East Melbourne Phoenix (NBL), Garrett is unable to play in the NBL1 South 2022 Season.

Garrett is still actively involved at the club, currently coaching our Under 12 Team 7 Boys.

Frankston Blues Head of Coaching (Junior Boys), Scott Christiansen spoke about Tom’s contributions to the club in the junior programs.

“Tommy continues to impress. We are so lucky to have him around the club, playing seniors and coaching juniors”

“His energy and enthusiasm at training and games is infectious to everyone around him”

“I wish him all the best in his recovery to the courts.”
