Boys 1 – Currently 6th in VC Championship with one game still to play. They’re guaranteed a finals berth and could climb to 5th, capping off a strong campaign in the state’s toughest competition.
-
Boys 2 – Finished 9th in VJL2. Despite missing out on finals, this group endured a heart-breaking year, falling short by just four points or less in six games. Coach Travis Hunt kept them competitive throughout and they were arguably one of the best teams not to make the finals.
-
Boys 3 – Concluded in 6th place, agonisingly missing finals despite finishing equal on points with Coburg. Coburg claimed 5th spot with the head-to-head tiebreaker, leaving Coach Tom Garrett’s squad just outside the finals despite two drawn games and a season of fighting right to the end.

Under 16 Girls
-
Girls 1 – Currently 7th with one game remaining. Finals look within reach, with the chance to climb to 6th with a win. However, results elsewhere mean they could also fall as low as 9th in an unlucky scenario. Four players sit inside the league’s top 30 scorers, highlighting their offensive firepower.
-
Girls 2 – Currently 8th with one game left, the Blues have a big opportunity this Friday against McKinnon. A win could see them climb as high as 6th and secure a strong spot heading into finals. While other results around the league may still play a part, the outcome is in their control with a win this Friday.
-
Girls 3 – Finished 8th. Though their record shows four wins, the girls were far more competitive than the ladder suggests and will take plenty of positives moving forward.
-
Girls 4 – A superb campaign saw them finish 2nd, only denied top spot on a head-to-head tiebreaker. They’ll take on Darebin in a qualifying final, with Coach Meredith McFarlane leading a group that has shown they can match it with anyone in the competition.
Under 18 Boys
-
Boys 1 – Currently sit 1st in VC Championship with one game left. Even with a loss they can’t fall below 2nd, and with a win they’ll secure top spot outright. It’s been an excellent campaign in one of the toughest divisions in Victoria.

Boys 2 – Finished 10th, but showed resilience and fight throughout the season. Despite the challenges, the group remained competitive and can be proud of the way they represented the club.
-
Boys 3 – Finished 6th after a solid seven-win season, holding their own in a challenging competition.
Under 18 Girls
-

-
Girls 2 – Finished 10th, but were far more competitive than the ladder shows. With six of their losses decided by single digits, there are plenty of promising signs, and the group should be proud of their season.
Under 20 Boys
-
Boys 1 – The Blues finished their regular season campaign on top of the ladder and have carried that form into finals, advancing all the way to the Grand Final. After a thrilling 1-point win over Kilsyth a fortnight ago, they’ll meet the same opponent again, with Kilsyth earning their rematch by beating Waverley by 15 in the preliminary final. The stage is set for a huge decider this Sunday, August 24 at 6:30pm at the State Basketball Centre. Good luck to the team as they look to bring home the title!
Under 20 Girls

Girls 1 – The Blues finished 2nd on the ladder after a strong regular season. They fought hard in their qualifying final against Dandenong but fell just short, before bowing out in a heartbreaking preliminary final. In a game full of lead changes, where neither side led by more than five points, the Blues lost by just two, their season ending on a final-shot dagger from Melbourne Tigers’ Ella Giddey, sister of NBA star Josh Giddey.
