Big shoutout to everyone who made the Frankston 3×3 Street Hustle Event a blast on Saturday! We had 52 teams compete, playing a total of 133 games throughout the day.
From the first game to the last, the competition was relentless, but it was all about good vibes and sportsmanship. Seriously, the skills and teamwork on display were off the charts!
Who took out top honours on the day…
10 & Under Boys:
Ball Breakers fought past the Warriors (9-8) in the most competitive game of the day. The one-point game set the tone for what was to be a supremely entertaining day of basketball.
12 & Under Boys:
The Swish Kings kept hearts racing in the next grand final. Keeping it close and coming up clutch with a one-point win (15-14) over the Techie Ballers.
12 & Under Girls:
Queens won consistently throughout the day and were able to dethrone the Chelsea Gulls in a 21-2 grand final win.
14/16 Boys:
The Dime Droppers couldn’t quite pass their way to the top spot as Juicy Fruits were able to taste victory with a 20-9 win.
14/16 Girls:
Lazer Amazers could only help but gaze as they saw ZAM take the 14/16 girls’ championship game by four points (10-6).
